We were excited to see the house this weekend, they've done quite a bit. The fireplace is in progress - just missing the topper and the hearth. The mantle is covered with cardboard, but is really a very dark brown.
They've also installed lights, some granite and started staining some of the cabinets. Everything is coming together and we're expecting to close in about a month.
